Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, Darandi has positioned Kenya as its continental launchpad and proof-of-concept market for Africa. The company is driven by the belief that Africa’s food security depends on healthy soils, local value addition, and farmer affordability. Darandi is reshaping how fertilizers are produced, distributed, and
applied across Kenya and the region.

At the core of Darandi’s operations is the deployment and management of Easy FEN® modular fermentation systems, which convert locally sourced organic materials into Terreplenish® — a concentrated liquid organic fertilizer powered by free-living regenerative soil microbes that restore soil health, improve nutrient availability, and enhance crop productivity
